Recent Posts widget allows you to display a list of the most recently published posts. These widget usually displays the post title, date of publication, and thumbnail image associated with the post. You can easily build this widget with Enter Addons.
Using Recent Posts Widget :

Step1
Firstly, select the Recent Posts Widget from the menu bar on the left-hand side of your screen and drag and drop it in the selected area.
Secondly, from ‘Content‘ Tab you will get Recent Posts Content and Content Ordering section respectively.
After that, from Recent Posts Content section, you can add post limit such as : 4 or 5 etc. that is given below.
Moreover, from this section, you can add or edit show-post-date ( show / hide ) , show-thumbnail ( show / hide ) with switcher options and set thumbnail-position respectively.
After that, from Content Ordering section, you can add or edit title-order and date-order respectively.
Step2
From ‘Style‘ tab you can find Wrapper Style, Thumbnail Style, Title Style and Date Style section respectively.
Then From ‘Wrapper Style‘ section you can add or edit post-alignment, content-alignment, margin, padding, border-type, color, border-radius, box-shadow and background-type respectively.
After that From ‘Thumbnail Style‘ section you can add or edit image-width, image-height, margin, padding, border-type, border-radius and box-shadow respectively.
Then From ‘Title Style‘ section you can add or edit title-color, typography, text-stock, margin and padding respectively in ‘NORMAL’ view.
Moreover, from this section, you can find HOVER effect also.
After that From ‘Date Style‘ section you can add or edit color, typography, text-stork, margin and padding respectively.
Moreover, from this section, you can find HOVER effect also.
Final Step
Finally, after finishing all the editing, click update, and then click on ‘Preview > Preview in new tab’ to see your work live.
